What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your login pauses and your data is kept safe. Pick a plan and we reactivate the same company — nothing is re-entered, and nothing is deleted while we are talking to you.
Which plan is right for me?
Count the people who will use it. Up to 2 fits Starter, up to 5 fits Business, and more than that — or more than one company — fits Pro. Every plan has every screen, and you can move up or down at any time.
Who enters my old data?
We do, free on every plan. Send your party list, item list and opening balances as Excel, or simply photos of your registers, and we set the company up for you.
What if it does not work for me?
Tell us within your first paid month and we refund the whole amount. You can also take a full copy of your company with you.
Will the price go up later?
Not for our first 50 customers — they keep the price they joined at for as long as they stay with us, and we put that in writing.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Co-Bill runs in the browser, on any laptop or desktop on your network or over the internet. There is nothing to install on each machine.
Is my data separate from other customers?
Yes. Every company has its own books, every screen filters by your company and financial year, and the data is backed up every day.
How do I pay?
